Progress comes from people who challenge convention and build what wasn't there. Rokt created this series to celebrate them somewhere everyone could see it. Across two takeovers of the Nasdaq Tower in Times Square, we honored leaders from business, technology, medicine, media, sport, and design.
March 2025: Women's History Month
On March 25, 2025, for Women's History Month, the Nasdaq Tower lit up with the faces of women shaping business, technology, medicine, art, and design. The tribute included: Diane von Furstenberg, Founder and Chairman of DVF Studio LLC. Susie Wolff, Managing Director of F1 ACADEMY. Kecia Steelman, President and CEO of Ulta Beauty. Shelley Zalis, Founder and CEO of Female Quotient.
Diane von Furstenberg built a legacy around independence and self-expression. Susie Wolff is creating new pathways for women in motorsport. Kecia Steelman is leading one of beauty’s most influential businesses, while Shelley Zalis has made equality a visible leadership priority.
This was a celebration of impact, and of the women using their ideas, influence, and example to create more possibility for others.
October 2025: Advertising Week New York
On October 7 and 8, during Advertising Week New York, Rokt returned to the NASDAQ tower to celebrate leaders whose choices have reshaped business and culture. The group included Bobbi Brown, Founder and CCO of Jones Road. Donna Langley, Chairman of NBCUniversal Entertainment and Studios. Moira Forbes, Executive Vice President at Forbes Media. Amanda Gorman, American poet, activist, and Vital Voices board member. This round paired each portrait with a quote from that person about a moment that changed their career.
Bobbi Brown has made reinvention its own form of leadership. Donna Langley has helped shape global entertainment. Moira Forbes has created platforms that elevate women in business, while Amanda Gorman uses poetry and advocacy to speak to a new generation.
Each portrait appeared with a quote about a career-changing moment. The focus was not only what these leaders achieved, but what it took to get there. Their stories show how courage, reinvention, and conviction can change a career and influence an industry.
