Rokt'stars believe our collective strength comes from diversity, which is why we strive to make Rokt an inclusive space for everyone. We have a genuine concern for each other and the world around us, and we believe our communities get stronger when everyone has an equal opportunity to reach their full potential.

Employee Resource Groups and Affinity Groups

Rokt has a variety of Rokt'star-initiated and led Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and Affinity Groups. These groups build belonging, celebrate who we are, and help every Rokt'star show up as their full self at work. All groups are supported by the Rokt'star Experience team.

A place for everyone

Each group is a space to connect over shared identity, interests, and experience—trading perspectives, celebrating culture, and shaping the policies and programs that make Rokt a better place to work. Explore a few of our groups below.

Rainbow Rokts

Rainbow Rokts brings together LGBTQ members and allies across our organization. It is a safe space for colleagues searching for a sense of community within our company, and works to raise awareness and support for the LGBTQ community outside Rokt.

Womxn who Rokt

Womxn Who Rokt is dedicated to empowering women at Rokt. The group, open to all Rokt’stars, hosts a myriad of events throughout the year including book clubs to discuss women at work and panels where our colleagues share their personal stories. Past panel volunteers have spoken about how to overcome fears, maintaining work life balance and managing growth and leadership roles.

Blak’stars

The mission of Blak’stars is to foster networking, professional development, mentoring, and leadership opportunities for Rokt’s community of Black employees; advancing an environment that is diverse, inclusive, and provides equal resources for all. Providing targeted support to the Black community, the group works to promote the growth and success of employees across various job functions, while leading various efforts intended to inspire all to achieve their greatest potential.

Asian'stars is committed to creating a culturally inclusive environment that elevates the voices of our Asian Rokt’stars, celebrates and honors Asian heritage, and contributes to the broader Rokt's EDI mission.

Rokt’Estrellas

Rokt’Estrellas builds bridges between diverse talents at Rokt by fostering an inclusive workplace where people from all cultural backgrounds, including Hispanic and Latinx, can thrive and collaborate. We’re dedicated to creating opportunities for professional growth and cultural celebration within Rokt. By embracing the richness of our diverse talents, we contribute to the innovation and success of our company.

Crescent’stars builds community and connection for Muslim Rokt’stars and allies, creating space to celebrate cultural and religious moments while fostering inclusion, understanding, and support across Rokt.
