Women’s History Month at Rokt focuses on the women shaping what comes next. Across every office, March brought together conversations, shared experiences, and moments of recognition that reflect how teams support and grow together.

This year’s theme, “Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future,” showed up in how people connected across the business and the stories they chose to share.

Fireside chat

On March 4, teams gathered in New York for a fireside chat moderated by Ashley Firmstone. Liz Quinn-Woods, Dianna O’Brien, and Ashley Foguel shared their career paths, pivotal decisions, and the lessons that shaped how they lead today.

The conversation focused on real experiences. The moments that changed direction, the challenges that built momentum, and the perspective gained along the way

Ringing the bell this morning at the Nasdaq was such an honor.

It's like a marquee moment, but to be able to share that with Alisha from Red Bull Racing, it was a real privilege.

It's such a great confidence booster for me, you know, to have a global brand put their trust and belief within what I'm doing. It just feels like I truly do belong here.

I'd like people to just feel empowered, young females in particular, and just realize how many opportunities there are within both of these industries.

Part of the reason we got involved with F1 Academy is because of how it brings together businesses like ours in technology with women in sport—not just bringing more women into the sport, but also into the engineering and technology behind it.

I hope young females feel empowered and inspired by seeing the level of female representation at Nasdaq today. Hopefully, it helps them realize there’s no reason they can’t succeed in these industries.

It’s so important to show young girls and women everywhere that you can not just be in the room—you can drive through that door and own the room.

The "Inspired by Her" wall

Throughout the month, employees shared the names of women who influenced them. Colleagues, mentors, family members, and leaders.

The wall became a reflection of impact across different paths and experiences. Not defined by role or title, but by the mark someone leaves on others.

Spotlight series

Twelve Rokt’stars shared personal stories about the women who shaped them and the lessons they carry forward.

Each story added a different perspective. Together, they showed how influence builds over time and across generations.

Closing the month

March wrapped with a Womxn Who Rokt x Security and Defense session in the New York office focused on scam awareness and physical safety.

Women’s History Month at Rokt is not a single moment. It reflects how people show up every day. How they support each other, share experiences, and build what comes next together.
