Rokt uses the subprocessors listed below to process personal information in connection with the Rokt Services. Please monitor this list regularly for any updates. If we do not receive a reasonable objection from you within 30 days of appointing a new subprocessor and updating this list, you will be deemed to have approved the use of such subprocessor.
Further, to the extent the Rokt Services being provided include client’s use (in its discretion) of Rokt’s SDK leveraging components of the mParticle platform, Rokt will also use those subprocessors listed below in connection with the ‘mParticle SDK’ service.
