Our Values in Action This Giving Tuesday

On Giving Tuesday, we focus on the work that reflects who we are, work rooted in action, access, and the belief that opportunity should be unlocked, not unevenly distributed.  At Rokt, we channel that belief into creating more pathways for women to connect, grow, and lead.

This year, we’re proud to highlight our partnership with Vital Voices Global Partnership and the programs helping women lead change in their communities and beyond, with Pledge 1%.

Vital Voices invests in women who drive progress-entrepreneurs, community builders, and advocates transforming systems from the ground up. Rokt participates in mentorship walks and leadership exchanges that bring together women at all stages of their careers. These programs help leaders sharpen their skills, extend their reach, and build networks that unlock new possibilities.

Advancing representation across sport, engineering, and technology

Our work to expand opportunity extends to every part of our business. Through our partnership with Oracle Red Bull Racing, we continue to open doors for women in motorsport and STEM.

This includes:

• Rokt the Rig, our global development program identifying and elevating talented female sim racers
• Rokt Red Bull Sim Racing, the first all-female team competing in the FIA-backed British F4 Esports Championship
• Support for F1 Academy as a Team Partner of the Red Bull Racing Pepe Jeans car
• Sponsorship of Oracle Red Bull Racing’s International Women in Engineering Day, encouraging more women to lead in engineering and innovation

We also partner with The Female Quotient to host Equality Lounges at Formula 1 and F1 Academy races, creating spaces for women leaders to exchange ideas and spark progress across industries. These moments reinforce our commitment to inclusion and broaden visibility for women shaping the future of sport, technology, and leadership.

Strengthening community inside Rokt

Our employee resource group, Women Who Rokt, continues to foster connection and allyship across our global offices. The group brings women together to share experiences, support one another, and shape conversations that strengthen our culture.

These moments reinforce our commitment to inclusion and expand visibility for women at every level, helping ensure Rokt is a place where people can lead with confidence and grow with support.
