If 2025 proved anything, it’s that ecommerce doesn’t stand still.

Customer expectations kept climbing, and the moments from selection to confirmation mattered more than ever. The companies that performed best were the ones getting the right experience in front of customers at the right time.

That focus shaped Rokt’s year across the Transaction Moment™.

Over the course of 2025, more than 7.5 billion transactions were optimized across the Rokt Network. Today, 33,000+ companies work with Rokt, including more than half of the leading global ecommerce brands.

Those numbers showed up most clearly when it mattered most. During peak shopping moments, transactions across the Rokt Network grew 30% year over year on Black Friday. When customers see a relevant offer at the moment they’re already buying, they engage, and when engagement goes up, performance follows.

New partnerships with PayPal, Venmo, Walgreens, and others expanded the Rokt Network. Fanatics returned, reinforcing a theme that’s shown up repeatedly over the years: partnerships tend to stick when results do.

The acquisition of mParticle strengthened how real-time data can be activated while keeping privacy and control firmly with partners. Canal, now Rokt Catalog, opened new doors for distributed commerce, making it easier to unlock incremental revenue without adding operational complexity.

Each step added up to the same outcome. More relevance across more moments.

Rokt’s model has stayed consistent. Partners control how experiences show up. They keep ownership of their first-party data. Relevance is driven by real-time signals, not cookies or guesswork. And outcomes are tied directly to performance. That alignment has helped the network grow steadily, creating a flywheel where relevance leads to engagement, engagement leads to value, and value keeps partnerships moving forward.

Growth like this doesn’t happen without people. In 2025, 290 new Rokt’stars joined teams around the world, and 225 team members stepped into new roles through promotions. Along the way, Rokt earned recognition on the 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and ranked number 43 on Fortune’s Best Workplaces in New York.

Those milestones reflect a company scaling its culture and teams alongside its technology.

As 2026 gets closer, the focus stays the same. Continue expanding what businesses can unlock across the Transaction Moment, keep building products that deliver measurable outcomes, and help partners get more value from moments they already own.

2025 was about execution, momentum, and making the moments that matter work harder.

And there’s more ahead.
