 One of the reasons I really enjoy working for Rokt is they care about their employees.

People come to Rokt with a lot of great ideas and can work super independently as well as collaboratively.

I feel like Rokt does a great job in just welcoming people and bringing connections that you would not find elsewhere.

Move fast, break things, but in the end you just have to make them and end up making them better.

I think raising the bar is a perfect signal of what a winning culture looks like here at Rokt.

Constantly developing yourself, always knowing that there's room for improvement, even when you've hit your goals or had a really successful period. Always how can we get better?  

One day I was working on the backend code, and the next day I was essentially an expert communicating directly to GTM ads analysts.   Establishing those relationships early on really showed me the extent of opportunities here at Rokt.
