    We are excited that you are considering joining our team! For transparency, we wanted to give you an overview of our hiring process.

      Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test

      Our People team will reach out to invite you to complete a 15-minute Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test. You can read more about what to expect here.

      Screening call

      Based on your application and score, someone from the hiring team will reach out to you for a screening call to get to know you better and answer your questions about the company and the role. This person will be your guide throughout the process.

      Initial interviews

      While the exact process diverges depending on the specific role—with certain roles asking for a work product or presentation—all roles involve a series of interviews with the hiring team.This stage of the process is an opportunity for you to meet the people with whom you would be working most closely.

      Bar Raiser

      In the Bar Raiser, you will have a final conversation with an executive who has reviewed your feedback and may probe into any area around values, adversity (AQ), intelligence (IQ), and emotional intelligence (EQ).

      Decision

      If we find you are a match, you’ll get a call offering you the role. While we wish we could hire every great candidate who comes our way, the reality is that not everyone makes it through. If you are not selected, we will be sure to connect with you and let you know so you can move on with your search.
